Buying Beef in Bulk is one of the best ways to stock your freezer with high-quality, locally raised beef, but it can feel overwhelming if you’ve never done it before.
This is why we created the HOW TO BUY BEEF IN BULK GUIDE.
Click on the link and you’ll be redirected to our guide. It explains:
The difference between quarters, halves, and whole beef
What cuts you’ll actually receive (and how much freezer space you’ll need)
How pricing works and what “hanging weight” really means
Who bulk beef is best for and when it might not be the right fit
A step by step of the entire process

If you ordered a bundle or individual cuts, pickup is On-Farm EVERY FRIDAY from 12-5pm.
You must order before Wednesday 11:59pm to get your order the Friday of the same week. If you order after Wednesday 11:59pm your order will be for pickup on the Friday of the following week.
