Each box is curated based on availability and offers a variety of cuts suited for grilling, slow cooking, and weeknight meals, making it a convenient and great way to enjoy farm-raised beef.

What to expect

• 15-16lbs of farm-raised beef

• A varied selection of cuts including 7lbs of ground beef, 1 roast or Brisket, braising ribs or stew, 2 economy cut steaks (blade eye, minute, skirt, flank, flat iron) and 2 premium steaks (rib, striploin, top sirloin, filet)

• Paper-wrapped and clearly labelled

• Freezer-ready for easy storage

• Raised without the use of hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

• Pick-ups are on-farm, Saturdays only (10am-2pm)
