200lbs of meat + 4 bags of soup bones + 2 bags of fat trimmings
70-80lbs of ground beef (1lb packages)
28-32lbs of braising ribs & stew
10-16 roasts (2-4lbs each)
40-60 steaks (40lbs, 2 steaks per package)
All cuts are paper wrapped and labeled for easy storage. (150$ upgrade for vacuum seal)
