70-80lbs of ground beef (1lb packages)
27-33lbs of braising ribs & stew
8-12 roasts & brisket (2-4lbs each)
50-60 steaks (2 steaks per package)
All cuts are paper wrapped and labeled for easy storage. (220$ upgrade for vacuum seal)
