100lbs of meat + 2 bags of soup bones + 1 bag of fat trimmings
35-40lbs of ground beef (1lb packages)
14-16lbs of braising ribs & stew
5-8 roasts (2-4lbs each)
20-30 steaks (20lbs, 2 steaks per package)
All cuts are paper wrapped and labeled for easy storage. (75$ upgrade for vacuum seal)
